Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After accepting an order, we will not cancel it merely at our discretion. These may include an agreed alternative, a revised delivery date or cancellation and a refund. We will not substitute a product or increase the agreed price without your consent.

Where we cancel an order, we will promptly refund amounts paid for the cancelled items and any delivery charges attributable to those items. We will not charge a cancellation or restocking fee for a cancellation initiated by us.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law.

Product images, descriptions, specifications and packaging information are provided for general information purposes. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, slight variations in colour, packaging, product specifications or manufacturer details may occur.

Product availability is subject to change. Where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative product, a delay in fulfilment where reasonably possible, or a refund for the affected item.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you confirm your order.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are accurate. If we identify a pricing error, we will contact you promptly and explain the error.

If a binding contract has not yet been formed, we may decline the order and refund any payment received, or invite you to place a new order at the corrected price. We will not charge you a higher price without your express agreement.

If a binding contract has already been formed, a pricing error does not automatically entitle us to cancel the order or increase the agreed price. Any proposed change or cancellation will require your agreement unless otherwise permitted by law.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You confirm that any payment details you provide are lawful, accurate and authorised for use.

Delivery timeframes displayed on this website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier delays, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some products may be dispatched directly by our suppliers, fulfilment partners or delivery providers. Where this occurs, we may share the information necessary to process and deliver your order with those parties.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the delivery address provided, except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable period, or arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist.

6. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
