We offer free shipping on orders over $249 within qualifying metropolitan shipping zones, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.

• Eligible Areas: Customers located within the specified metropolitan regions qualify for the free shipping offer.

• Minimum Order Value: Orders exceeding $249 will automatically receive free shipping at checkout.

• Non-Bulky Items Only: This promotion applies only to non-bulky items. Large or oversized products may incur additional shipping charges.

Standard Shipping

For orders below $249, standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $12.90 within the qualifying shipping zones.

• Convenient Delivery: Orders are delivered directly to your nominated address.

• Clear Pricing: Our flat rate ensures transparent shipping costs with no hidden fees.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Back-Ordered Products

If an item is temporarily out of stock or back-ordered, we will notify you and provide an estimated delivery timeframe as soon as possible.

Click & Collect

Currently, Click & Collect is not available.
However, we provide convenient shipping options to deliver orders directly to your address.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Customers may choose to provide Authority to Leave (ATL) instructions at the time of delivery.

By selecting ATL:

• You authorize the courier to leave the parcel unattended at the delivery location.

• Once the package has been delivered, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.

• Uporic and the delivery courier are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery when ATL is selected.

Delivery to Certain Locations

Please note that deliveries to some remote locations, specific postcodes, or PO Box addresses may incur higher shipping charges due to logistical factors.

In such cases:

• We may request a physical street address as an alternative delivery option.

• A physical address may help reduce delivery costs and ensure faster delivery.

If a physical address cannot be provided, we will notify you of any additional shipping costs before your order is finalized, so you can review the charges before completing your purchase.

Additionally, shipping rates may vary depending on order size and delivery location, particularly for smaller orders or special handling requirements.
