Return Period

Eligibility for Returns

How to Request a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order once it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@uporic.com.au so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products may not be eligible for returns. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are generally not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
